Covid-19 and Carkella Online Orders
Carkella has been closely monitoring Coronavirus (COVID–19) and the impact it is having on our community. As the situation continues to evolve, Carkella is looking for ways to support our customers, workers, communities, and families.
With that in mind, Carkella has made the decision to temporarily close our Boulder headquarters effective Monday, March 16th, 2020.
Please note that all online orders will be fulfilled, however the shipping will be delayed due to the Carkella warehouse closure. Please expect your hats to be delivered once we reopen our facility. We are now following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. The current recommendations include social distancing and self-quarantine. Carkella is asking their employees to stay at home and not leave their homes except for essential errands in order to help slow the spread of the virus.
Please rest assured that we are focused on bringing you the same level of customer service that you have come to expect from Carkella. During this unprecedented time, we are committed to our mission of bringing you sun protection with style because we know you still need to get outdoors to relax and decompress.
