What is the difference between SPF and UPF?
UPF stands for “Ultraviolet Protection Factor” and indicates how well fabric protects your skin from solar ultraviolet radiation. SPF stands for “Sun Protection Factor” which measures the amount of time it takes for sun-exposed skin to redden. SPF is for creams and cosmetics. How do I create a custom badge order?
Send your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please submit a PDF or a high resolution (300 ppi) JPEG file.
What is the minimum order for custom badges?
The minimum custom badge order is 50 pieces.
How long will it take to get my custom badges?
Roughly 45 days from the time your badge design is approved.
Are there setup fees for creating a custom badge?
There is a $45 mold fee per side (badges can be single or double-sided).
What is your 100 hat incentive program?
We offer complimentary single-sided mold and badges for orders of 100 hats or more.

Yes we do. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Carkella is not responsible for duties, taxes and/or customs restrictions.
