Returning Your Item

Only items purchased directly from carkella.com will be accepted for a return.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items within 30 days for a refund. Call Customer Service for a return shipping label. Ship the hat back in the original box or similar sized box to ensure that it is not damaged during return shipping and will be eligible for a full refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Your refund will be processed 10-14 days after we receive your package.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement item.

Cancelling Your Order

Items already shipped are not reversible and must be returned for a refund (please see section above). Please note that the return will be paid by the customer.
