If you would like to return a hat purchased directly from Carkella pleasefollow the instructions below (within 30 days of your date of purchase)
Here’s What You Do:
- Complete the online return form provided with your invoice, and securely pack your hat back in the box it arrived in. You will receive an email with a link to download your shipping label.
- Items that arrive in an envelope or padded mailer are at risk of not receiving a full refund.
- Once your return arrives at the Carkella facility in Boulder, Colorado it will be processed and $8.95 will be deducted from your refund* when you use the return label.
- We will do our best to process your return within 14 days. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund. Hats sold at a discounted price are not eligible for return. Please call us with any questions at (303) 494-5949.
- If you purchased any item through an authorized Carkella retailer or through Amazon.com, please contact the seller - they will be able tohelp you!
