We are wild about our hats and hope that you are too! If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, please return the item(s) and place a new order for replacement items.

If you would like to return a hat purchased directly from Carkella please follow the instructions below (within 30 days of your date of purchase):  

    1. Complete the online return form provided with your invoice, and securely pack your hat back in the box it arrived in. You will receive an email with a link to download your shipping label.
    2. Items that arrive in an envelope or padded mailer are at risk of not receiving a full refund.
    3. Once your return arrives at the Carkella facility in Boulder, Colorado it will be processed and $8.95 will be deducted from your refund* when you use the return label.

We will do our best to process your return within 14 days. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund. Hats sold at a discounted price are not eligible for return. Please call us with any questions at (303) 494-5949.

If you purchased any item through an authorized Carkella retailer or through Amazon.com, please contact the seller - they will be able to help you!
