Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), and are shipped via FedEx.
Please note: FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.

*To ensure timely delivery, expedited orders should be placed before 10am MST, Monday-Friday.
All international orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Customs and duties are not included in the shipping costs of your order. Additional fees are determined by the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancelling Your Order
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and once received, may be returned for a refund. Please note that all return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Processing A Return
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note, the $8.95 cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
To initiate a return for your online order, please click here. To ensure you receive a full refund, please ship the hat back with tags and emblem attached in the original box or similar sized box to prevent damage.
Your refund will be processed 10-14 days after we receive your package.
Exchanging An Item
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement item.
